This blog is all my own work and all my articles are written from “my side of the fence”.
As you will know by now, the BuildaRentalPortfolio blog is about sharing information and hopefully helping others to start to build a rental portfolio.
I also hope this blog can help property investors increase their property rental incomes, whilst helping people find the accommodation they are looking for.
A view from “another side of the fence” is always welcome. …….. So ..

Hopefully you get my drift, and feel compelled to strike while the iron is hot.. and pen your thoughts and opinions on many things that are important when you build a rental portfolio.
This type of exercise will help keep my blog fresh, give my readers a wider range of opinions, and give you, my guest Blogger, a chance to share some of your knowledge and experiences with my audience.
